Attend Our Memorial Events ✢ Support Peace in Chicago

Your participation is vital to dignify these lost children and to honor
the grief and resiliency of families and communities living with violence.

We are especially thankful to the communities of St. Sabina, New Mount Pilgrim, and Holy Cross / Immaculate Heart of Mary – for inviting us into their parishes and their hearts. With the memorial events, we aim to draw together people and communities from across our city – including those in mourning and those who need to notice and respond to this state of emergency. Only then, can we remember forward – honoring those we’ve lost by working together to end this violence.

We need your help and participation.

Please plan to attend one of the memorial events, spread the word and bring friends, like us on Facebook, and if able, contribute financially to this Memorial Pilgrimage and to ongoing anti-violence work. We are raising funds to produce one final city-wide concert and to support ongoing efforts to provide pastoral care and grief counseling to families and youth traumatized by violence.

Have you lost a child to violence (in any year)?

If so, please contact us or contact any of our event locations. We have reserved seats for you. We want you to attend as our honored guest, to bring a photo or memento of your child for our memorial shrine, and to receive our Memorial Book as a gift.

Tickets for the Concert

Because we want the events to be available to as many as possible, we are not charging admission or selling tickets in advance. If able, we suggest a donation of $20 per person for the memorial events, but also please consider a larger contribution so we can give our Memorial Book to grieving families and fund the peace-making work of our community partners.
